Things like Striploin may be put on sale and temporarily be a good deal so why not advertise it? I have found them at the same or near the same as cheaper cuts.
Groceries have gone up over the last 8 months or so already and there is no price control on food so you can get taken to the cleaners anytime. Ever notice Broccoli changes prices on par with gasoline? Same bunch can change price

I'm a bit wary of the consumerism and the amount of waste in buying so many things (like hoarding deodorant).

I'm just happy with buying a few things for cheap, besides, I don't think stacking manufacturer coupons is allowed here in Canada.

Thanks also to our coaches! We were extremely lucky to have such patient and caring people teaching our kids! Alex loved his year and it was so much in part to his great coaches. It is only a day past, and we already miss hockey.

For $4.00 more, I'll shop at Superstore, a Canadian owned and operated grocery chain, at least for tp and other sundrys.
Striploin NY are one of the most expensive beef cuts. Why not track/use other cuts such as flank, tip or butt roasts etc if you want to save $$$ on groceries?
